Hm, that looks kind of familiar, doesn’t it?
I used my unexpected day off to make granola based on this recipe.
- Peach butter – 1 cup
- Pecans – 1/2 cup
- Pepitas – 1/2 cup
- Oats – 2 cups
- Walnuts – 1/2 cup
- And a half teaspoon each of salt, cinnamon, and ginger
Mix everything together, spread evenly on a baking sheet, and bake at 325º for about 35 minutes stirring every 5 to 10 minutes. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container. Yum!
